Brussels Clears Alpha Flight Groupa??s Acquisition

European Union regulators have approved Dnata’s purchase of flight catering business Alpha Flight Group.

The Emirates affiliate announced plans to acquire 100% of Alpha in October from Milan-based Autogrill. The deal is to be completed by year-end.

When announcing the deal, Dnata president Gary Chapman noted that it “reflect’s Dnata’s long-term strategy to expand and develop our international network.”
