View from the Cape

It looks and feels kind of sketchy here at Cape Canaveral. Dropping temperature, breezy and such a low ceiling it's obscuring the top of the VAB:

However, NASA felt good about the weather this morning:

Kathy Winters, shuttle weather officer, reported that the weather remains exceptional with only a 20 percent chance that weather will be prohibitive at launch time. The only slight issue may be a localized off-shore shower in the late afternoon. The forecast during tanking also is looking very good.
And we haven't had any different official word. So we're still hoping for good weather and a safe launch tomorrow. Under 23 hours to go on the schedule.
